Privacy notice

This site collects as little as it can. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies.

Who is responsible

Codescale Technologies Kft., represented by Peter Bacsai, is the data controller for anything you send through this site.

What we collect and why

• Launch list: your email address and the apps you chose. We use them only to send one email when each of those apps launches.
• Conversation form: your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you.

The legal basis is your consent (launch list) and taking steps at your request before a possible contract (conversation form).

Who else sees it

Emails are delivered through Mailtrap, which processes your address on our behalf. Data is stored on our own server and is not sold or shared with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Launch list entries are deleted once the app has launched and the announcement is sent, or sooner if you ask. Conversation messages are kept for as long as the conversation is relevant, and no longer than two years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by replying to any email from us or by writing through the conversation form. You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH).
